Active use of outside fresh air for supplying house with perfect ventilation thanks for efficient AHU units supplied with the geothermal and photovoltaic energy.
Active use of the photovoltaic energy combined with cold geothermal energy, to provide house with heat in wintertime, and hot water all around the year.
Active use of cold geothermal energy to supply house with cold needed for perfect air conditioning
All above is under control of the Active Control System, working first of all to fulfill all the habitants needs of thermal and internal environment comfort.
